Practice from home with accessible, intentional classes designed to meet you where you are. Choose a single class drop-in or subscribe monthly for ongoing access, variety, and support in your yoga practice.

Class Schedule:

Mondays – Yin Yoga at 8am EST
A slow, grounding practice with longer holds designed to release deep tension and stretch connective tissues and fascia.

Wednesdays – Morning Flow at 8am EST
An energizing start to your day with gratitude-centered movement and Sun Salutations.

All live classes are 30 minutes and include a 7-day replay.

Monthly Subscription Includes:

- Weekly access to Monday and Wednesday Live Classes

- Full access to the Recording Library, which features: Monday and Wednesday live class replays, two additional Morning Flows, one Yin Yoga class, and one 60-minute Vinyasa class recording added monthly.
